When is payment due?
Your sitting fee is due at the beginning of your sitting. Half of your package/print cost is due when you place the order. The balance is due when you pick up your prints. No prints (including your yearbook picture) will be delivered until full payment has been received.
How do I proof my pictures?
Your proofs will be available approximately one week after your sitting. We will set up a proofing session at the time of your sitting, and you will come in at that time to view your pictures and make your print selections.
Do I have to order units?
No. The only prints that come on a sheet are wallets. There are 8 wallets per sheet; they are die cut at the printing lab…no need for scissors! Some print labs require 5x7s to be ordered in pairs or 4x6s in groups of three, but the lab we use prints all sizes (except wallets) individually. We pass that convenience on to you!
How soon after I order can I expect my prints?
It usually takes 7-10 business days to receive your prints after you have placed your order. Every print, even wallets, is touched up to make you look your very best. After making sure the image looks exceptional, we send it to a local printing lab. Their printing process takes a few days…you can’t rush perfection!
Do you offer open house invitations?
Yes. We offer custom open house invitations using 1 to 4 of your images. We’re also happy to add a baby picture (if you have the rights to the image) and a personalized message. 100 invitations for $140; 250 invitations for $280
What are considered “local” outdoor venues?
An outdoor venue is considered local if it is within 10 miles of the Van Andel Arena (130 W Fulton, Grand Rapids 49503). Downtown Grand Rapids, Riverside Park, and Aquinas College are just a few of the locations available. We are happy to go farther, but travel fees are possible. Contact us for specifics.
Can I bring a pet? Or sports equipment?
Definitely! We just ask that you let us know about animals beforehand.
